Trouble Downloading Kits

I am new to this website, and I am trying to download the 100% Girly Kit, as well as some others, and most of them get to about 45% and then the download stops and I can't get it to go any further!!! What can I do??? Please help!!!

Thanks for your question. Generaly this happens because your internet connect is timing out. These are very large files. Try downloading and off time. Late in the evening or early in the morning. Our site will move faster and so will your internet conneciton. Also make sure you are only downloading one file at a time.
