Daddy gave Devlin his cell to play with, thinking that it'd be ok. Daddy then heard a woman's voice come over his cell phone saying, "Prince William County 911 emergency." Daddy rushed to the phone, explained what happened and gave the operator a chuckle. Daddy was just happy that Devlin put the cell phone on speaker. Did we mention that the cell phone was locked when all this happened?
