Hi! I am new to digital scrapbooking and I just purchased Adobe Photoshop elements.  I have been trying to figure out how use the fun in the sun template.  I have been unsuccessful in trying to get the paper to take the shape of the sun and the left strip of paper with the wavy edge.  That would be so nice if someone could help me get past this point.
